using this to curb my depression now that all of my usual routines are starting to run dry/reach the end of their cycle. the comment section on this one rules. lots of great testimonies. ive been coming back to this video every night and it seems like other people get the same urge.

i toggle between going deeper or not on the breaths and retentions. just gotta communicate with your own body. the tingling sensation is really intense and usually associated with something “wrong” in the body. its a strategic moment for you to reparent and talk yourself through any of the anxiety that comes up. i feel a deep sense of calm and gentle elation whenever i do this method. i cried the first time I felt anxious about the retention bc I was telling myself it was okay. really deep and sensitive inner child communication there!! hope it helps someone!

heres another daily exercise with lots of testimonies in the comments. i can harmonize okay if music is on but have trouble finding the pitch on my own. gonna try to do this every day to work out the throat muscles and record any improvements. thinking about the “throat chakra” and reflecting on that archetype as i go as well
